WHITE BELT

Our 4-hour Lean White Belt training is designed to deliver a comprehensive introduction to Lean and the key elements needed to successfully implement Lean within your organization.

The program helps to educate and involve all employees in their organization’s efforts to improve process efficiencies and eliminate waste.


WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

The Lean White Belt training is a half day course designed to provide participants with the core concepts of Lean, identification of the 8 wastes, application of 5S and the use of quality improvement tools for any type of process. This course equips participants to take the skills they have learned back to their institutions in order to improve efficiency.

Front line workers, administrators, engineers, supervisors, operations support and all management team members.

Maintenance of Certification

The Lean Healthcare White Belt entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 2 Category II credits towards their maintenance of certification requirement.


The Lean White Belt entitles members of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) to earn requirements for their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
